121C Boards cannot guarantee the delivery dates specified by the carrier chosen on your order. 121C practices F.O.B. Shipping Point. Once the package is delivered to the shipping facility, that includes but is not limited to the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) and FedEx, 121C Boards will not be liable for any delays, damages, etc. done by said shipping companies. This includes, but is not limited to, delays in shipping or customs or lost packages. Make sure your package is insured and includes signature confirmation. 121C Boards reserves the right to not accept or refund boards that have been delayed or damaged during shipping.
United States of America:
121C Boards ships packages within the USA with services that include but are not limited to USPS, UPS, and FedEx, providing you with the best delivery service possible. 121C Boards will provide domestic tracking information via email once the shipping label for your package has been printed. Please note, sometimes these emails may end up in the spam folder.
International:
121C Boards will be shipping orders via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Customs/tariff fees are NOT included in shipping price of board. These fees are your responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding customs, tariff, or duty fees.
